Hi, I’m Su.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people from around the world learn Spanish with greater confidence.

I’ve taught more than 1,000 international students—from absolute beginners taking their first steps in Spanish to experienced learners developing greater fluency.

My approach is personal and practical. Your lessons are shaped around your goals, your interests, and the Spanish you want to use in real life.

Teaching Spanish is about helping people connect.

For more than two decades, I’ve had the opportunity to teach Spanish to people from different countries, backgrounds, and stages of life. Some arrived knowing almost no Spanish. Others wanted to communicate more naturally, deepen their fluency, or feel more connected to life in Costa Rica.

Over the years, I’ve learned that every student brings a different reason for learning—and that the best lessons begin by understanding that reason.

That’s why I don’t believe in teaching every student the same way. I combine language learning with practical communication, adapting lessons to each student’s goals, interests, and real-life experiences.
